Very nice rooms and very nice staff! Located a 5 minute walk from downtown Canmore. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was extremely loud overnight and into the early morning. Lot's of yelling and extremely loud talking. This disrupted our sleep. They for some reason, would not close the noise barrier doors from the lobby to the room. We spoke to them about the noise 4 times and it did not improve. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay!
The Hotel is very clean and at convenient location for shopping and Banff. The Staffs are friendly and helpful. Harsh and Lucy at the front desk are great to help you around

A Gem in Canmore – Highly Recommend!
The Canmore Inn and Suites ticked every box for our stay. The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of town with everything you need within easy reach, and just a five-minute walk to the bus stop connecting you to Banff.
The rooms were spotless, with two generous double beds, a lovely shower, and a gorgeous collection of vintage photographs that gave the space real character and warmth.
A special mention must go to Lucy at the front desk, who was an absolute standout. Warm, bubbly, and genuinely helpful, she is a real asset to this hotel. Our group included a number of older travellers who needed assistance printing luggage tags and cruise documentation, and Lucy handled every request with extraordinary patience, kindness, and care. She went above and beyond without hesitation – exactly the kind of person who elevates a stay from good to memorable.
Breakfast was an impressive spread for the price – sausages, bacon, eggs, waffles, pancakes, fruit, cereal, and more, all for just $9. Exceptional value.
If you are looking for a well-located, clean, and comfortable hotel with genuinely warm and attentive staff, look no further. Highly recommend!

The beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I appreciated the complimentary coffee/tea/water in the lobby. The location was great. Very walkable.
Our stay was wonderful. Will definitely stay again. Staff was very friendly and our room was very clean. The buffet staff were very welcoming and the buffet was very delicious with a large variety of food to choose from. This definitely will be our go to stop when traveling through.
Hotel was as you would expect, I stay for business but would stay there with the family.

Friendly staff, everything was clean, accommodated our groups needs, wants, and Entertainment.
Pool was out of order, not a deal breaker, but looking forward to checking that out next year.
Best of all the beds are extremely comfortable, and 24/7 Coffee-Hot beverage Station.

Great front staff. We had a great stay here. We were cautioned about the trains in the back rooms and they were no issue whatsoever, we both had a great sleep. Kind of got addicted to the comp kurig coffees in the lobby. Nice clean rooms and tons of food options in the area. Will come back
